• Is shipping really free?

Yes, Revel Sports will ship all United States, APO, and US territories mail free via the United States Postal Service (USPS) either by their "First Class" (generally 3-5 days) or "Parcel Post" (generally 3-10 days) services. There will be no additional fee to the customer for this service. APO addresses ARE included in this free service. There is NO minimum order size.

Customers are welcome to upgrade the shipping within the United States via the UPS Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) "Priority" (generally 2-5 days) for a minimal fee of $6.00 or via the United States Postal Service (USPS) "Express" for $25.00 (1-2 days guaranteed). Products being shipped to APO addressed can also be upgraded to "Priority" or "Express" for the same fees listed above although they can not guarantee the number of days for delivery.

If products are being shipped outside of the United States the customer will be required to pay additional postage as indicated in the "Shipping" drop down box on the checkout page. The fee for "Canadian, Air Letter Post" is $6.00. "International Priority" mail to countries other than the United States is $30.00 (generally 6-10 days). "International Express Mail" is $50.00 (generally 3-5 days). These are flat rate fees and do not increase with the order. Order more or combine with a friend to make it the most economical for yourself.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. A complete list of the countries and territories that we ship to are listed in the "Country" drop-down box of the web-site "Check-out" page. If you don't see your country listed please feel free to email us.

• Do you ship to Australia?

Yes, in fact Australia is our most common shipping destination. When entering an order online you will find Australia listed in the "Country" drop-down box. We are happy to ship to Australia. We have two shipping options:

Express Mail - International - 3-5 days $50.00
Priority Mail - International - 6-10 days $30.00

• International Payments

Payments made to Revel Sports through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express may be subject to exchange rates that Revel Sports has no control over. These transactions are bank to bank transactions, and we cannot promise or guaranty any specified rate. We can tell you the USD charge that we are processing at the time of payment, but we cannot know the rate your credit card provider will use to convert to your home currency. Duty fees are not charged by Revel Sports but may also apply. These can vary for each country and commodity.

• What is your Return Policy?

Revel Sports wants you to be pleased with each purchase. We are happy to accept returns. Click here for details regarding our return policy.

• Why do you ask for an email address?

Revel Sports uses your email address to send you an email message to verify that we received your correct order with the correct shipping address. Our credit card processor will also send a confirming email. We send a second email message to let you know when your order has been shipped. An additional email message may be sent if there is questions or concerns regarding your order. We do not send out bulk promotional emails. Revel Sports considers your email address as personal information and WILL NOT share it with others.

• Will Revel Sports keep my credit card information on file?

Revel Sports keeps your credit card information only long enough to process your order. It is never kept in our database. It is also encrypted during the processing time.

• Can I call an order in over the phone?

Yes. Revel Sports attempts to have staff available to answer any time you call. However we are a small family owned business and are most likely to answer the phone Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00. Feel free to attempt to call us any time as we do answer the phone outside of these hours when we are available. Please leave us a message if we don't answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If we don't answer our phone lines may be busy or we might be out for a run, bike, hike, swim, kayak, or cheering at a cross country race, or at soccer match or We like to practice what we preach and Revel in our passion!

• Can I use my American Express Card or Discover Card?

Yes. Revel Sports accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, debit cards and/or check cards.

• What if I don't want to use a credit card? Can I use a check?

Revel Sports does not accept checks but we are happy to accept money orders. Use the "money order" option when entering the order and send Revel Sports the order along with your money order to: Revel Sports, 1903 Weston Ave. Schofield, WI 54476.

• How do I know if Revel Sports is a secure site?

Revel Sports does ensure a secure site for entering your credit card information. A couple ways to verify the security of our site is to look for the closed lock in the lower right hand corner of your screen when you are entering your personal information.

• Can I send someone a gift certificate?

Yes. Simply click on the Gift Certificates option on the Revel Sports home page or type Gift certificate in the search button and you will be able to purchase a gift certificate for any amount that you choose. The person receiving the gift certificate will automatically receive an email notifying them that the have received a gift certificate right away. There will be a place for the sender to type a message to the receiver. Revel Sports will also automatically email the sender to verify that the gift certificate has been sent.
