Just a Few Ground Rules:
- We accept returns/exchanges for thirty (30) days* from the date of purchase from Revel Sports. *For November and December purchases this is extended to January 31st.
- All returns/exchanges must be in new condition, complete with original tags, packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If you send us a return/exchange which is not complete, a restocking/re-boxing fee will be charged.
- Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Prior authorization is not required. Simply return the item with a copy of your order and include instructions regarding color/size exchange or refund.
- Items that are not in new and resalable condition will not be accepted for a refund and held for return postage.
- Please contact us 715-297-7477 if you feel that there is a warranty issues for instructions.
We suggest returns by US Mail
1) Write a note on your invoice indicating the refund/exchange information and include it with your return. If you cannot find your invoice (the email order acknowledgment will work as well), please include your order number and contact information.
2) Specify whether you want a refund or exchange.
3) For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located above the photo on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
